The customer service representatives have been very kind and responsive, especially during Covid, while working with a skeleton crew no less! Plus they are having to work directly with the manufacturers who have limited quantities which can add delays to your receipt of your furniture so if you see two weeks listed in the description, that is best case if the manufacture has the furniture in stock, otherwise, be patient because your furniture is being built and it could take about two or 2 1/2 months. That did not bother me at all because when I receive my patio furniture it completely exceeded my expectations. This particular brand builds a solid product. The quality is amazing - good construction that is heavy, and beautiful cushions that have really nice piping - All from the Sunbrella line, of course. If you were hesitant about ordering, don’t. Order now and you will be absolutely delighted at what you receive not only in product but also in service. Five star across the board!!

It matched a wrought iron mirror that I have. Wanted furniture that was easy to move, and clean. The seating cushions are very comfortable, and all cushions can be used on both sides. Went with the quick ship material choices, which match my decor very well. Shipment came well packaged, no damage what so every. I would highly recommend this furniture.
