The lift and rotation mechanism work well. Its an impressive looking umbrella. Also, Shademaker was responsive and helpful when I was deciding between models. The concrete mount kit was lost in shipping and Shademaker was great, working with Patioliving to quickly sort out my issue and 2-day ship a replacement mount kit even though they were technically closed for the month for inventory. Great service! Treasure Island owns Shademaker and this is probably a good thing as they sell a lot of umbrellas and should be around a long time so we can replace the canopy in the future. Happy so far.
