It is a very good looking table and get we get a lot of compliments on it. My only complaint would be that it a took long to arrive….almost 4 weeks but I would argue it was worth the wait.

However, 17 days after ordering the table it arrived. It was certainly longer than what I would have expected but again not enough by itself to knock off 2 stars. The table arrived without the glass beads, which are necessary to use the fire feature of the table, included with the shipment.. It took 4-5 phone calls and 10-12 emails to Customer Service to finally receive the glass beads 10 days later. The communication with Customer Service was typically very frustrating...starting with them questioning whether the glass beads should be included (of course they should be), after a day or so to determine that they should have been included it took many days to determine when they would ship. I finally received a shipping notification on a Monday and the beads arrived on Friday. Good service would have been to ship the beads to me with overnight service so I'd have them in a day, maybe two, but it took a total of 27 days from the day I ordered the table before I was actually able to light a fire

It was priced at about half of what other competing tables were going for. I can only give it 3 stars at the moment because the burner did not arrive with the shipment and I had to contact Customer Service. The description for this table was not clear as to whether the burner is included, so I checked before ordering and was assured the burner is part of the package. The table looks good in Mocha and appears to be sturdy, yet light enough to move easily if needed. If/when my customer service claim for the burner is taken care of, I will update this review accordingly.
