  • 5.0 out of 5.0     Easy to assemble and solid ken from  escondido, CA 10-21-2019 I bought 6 of these chairs for my outside bar. They look fantastic and are very comfortable. I was worried about the chairs being unstable on the uneven concrete but they've proven to be solid. They were simple to assemble but kind of a waste to send an allen wrench for every chair. I ended up throwing away 5 of the 6. The bit they enclosed to fit in your power driver was a little small for the actual bolts for the chairs so go low speed so as not to strip the bolt.

The first two chairs were delivered without an issue. The second order was not delivered, and I never received a shipping confirmation. I called patio living four times, and they told me they three times that they would reach out to pollywood, and get to the bottom of the issue. Finally, the fourth call I spoke without a woman named Molly. She did her due diligence, and resolved the issue. I received my order within two weeks. I was extremely grateful to her, but it is a shame that the three other employees before her had zero follow up. In summary, the product is very good quality, but shipping and customer service is questionable. Such a shame!

I have two beach condos in Florida. The set is so durable for the beach property. This Polywood product lasts a lifetime with minimal care.
