Item came missing parts and with a defective cross member. It was warped beyond belief. Patio living did not offer to help me with this issue. Perhaps I talked to the wrong representative. This table was totally useless. A $2000.00 piece of plastic. I called Polywood. At first call, they also offered no remedy. Then I called a second time. This representative was wonderful. He sent me the missing part and the complete cross member set on a pallet. Only then was I able to assemble the table and actually use it. A very long and frustrating process. After jumping thru all these hoops I am enjoying the table.
