Greatest difficulty resulted from the Covid Virus, causing many workers to be absent from work, delaying what I expected in the manufacture of the furniture. The more significant delays were in delivery after the product was shipped to a carrier. The initial shipper was not the eventual shipper, unrelated to the virus and traveling through several poorly identified transfers. Interim shipping seemed not capable or interested in notifying the patient customer, as we thought manufacturing was the primary factor in the delays. The eventual shipper, Estes, is very close to the destination, but could not complete the delivery on any designed schedule in spite of some efforts to keep the customer informed. Eugene Sturgeon
