The rep I talked with, the next day on the phone, (Rachael) was very helpful, and contacted the appropriate parties who were able to confirm the order and email me a conformation including details of the product ordered. 2-The tracking number provided always indicated "Number not found in system" when checking the shipper's (Reddaway Regional) tracking feature on their website... After checking back with PatioLiving, I received an email indicating "Reddaway ships by train, so the tracking takes about 7 to 10 business days to kick in, when the order has reached the end of the train leg of the journey. Once the order is on a truck, the shipment will track and you'll be contacted to schedule a delivery window. The tracking number never worked until the day Reddaway contacted me to schedule the delivery. 3-One of the boxes was damaged, however, no damage to the product (other than the Woodard label on one of the chairs had fallen off).
