Stephen from  Traverse City, MI 12-9-2020 Our order was planned for December 14, but we received an e-mail from Metropolitan (trucking company) saying they would be here between 3 and 7 pm Dec. 8. They did not show or call. I called and we are back to the original date of Dec. 14, so please send another review after that date, and we will be happy to fill it out. This delivery is not an emergency to us, since it is outdoor furniture, but we are concerned about delivery for the sake of the drivers in the usual Northern Michigan winter weather. There was also some confusion about there being 2 chairs instead of 4, because the delivery company noticed somewhere that there are 2 crates. I am assuming that there are 2 chairs in each crate (hopefully). My biggest disappointment right now is the lack of contact with us regarding the proposed delivery Dec. 8 ( and also the long wait).
