However, trying to order the furniture and the follow up with the company was not so great. I had a very hard time navigating their website. When the shipping date I was originally given came and went I attempted to contact the company. They outsource their customer service and at no time was I ever able to speak with anyone directly involved with making this furniture. I finally was able to get the shipping information. I had to contact the shipping company personally when Patio Living sent an email to me asking how I liked my purchase. I also purchased two swivel rockers to go with the chairs. The quality of the set is exceptional and I’m sure we will enjoy it for many years. They really need to work on stepping up in the customer service department.
