Comfortable Chair Jay from  Schenectady, NY 4-9-2021 This chair had everything I wanted, lower supports from leg to leg for increased stability, wide arms, slight decline in the seat, high back and hopefully very long lasting. The assembly wasn't too bad, but there was one issue on both chairs I ordered. The bottom of the back assembly wouldn't line up with the predrilled holes, it was contacting the rear of the seat assembly and couldn't move forward enough to line up. I removed the rear seat slat and attached the lower back screws. The seat slat will not line up with the predrilled holes now, but the seat slat will fit in the space remaining. The screws can be reinstalled without drilling, they will bite into the plastic and you can tighten the seat slat down. The assembly tool is included, but not a screwdriver to relocate the seat slat. This is called an Adirondack chair, but the seat doesn't have the steep angle that most Adirondack chairs have, this makes it much more comfortable and easier to get in and out of for me. I find the geometry of the seat and back very supportive of my lower back. The roll over front of the seat is nicer on the back of the legs than a square edge. In high heat and/or humidity, you are sitting on plastic and will likely get sweaty and sticky where contacting the seat. I purchased the seat cushions and would recommend a cushion of some sort for the hot and humid months. With the pandemic shipping took forever (4 months) and the price was high. I am not blaming Patioliving, they gave me a very long ship time, it just took longer. Patioliving did keep me informed when delays happened and kept the shipping date updated. I would do business with them again.
