  • 4.0 out of 5.0     After misfires, a nice bench Brian from  Saint augustine, FL 5-31-2022 I ordered this same bench a year ago direct from Polywood, and returned it twice because of shoddy workmanship. The pieces were misaligned and wouldn't fit together. This time, ordered through Patio Living, the same bench came and one of the support screws refused to go all the way in, even when I used a power drill. It stuck out an inch. Polywood sent a new seat back but then forgot my request they send another screw to replace the one that bent. Once the screw arrived, the bench was reassembled and it looks great and is sturdy. Be nice if Polywood got a better handle on their measuring to avoid all this.

If you have some trouble sliding in the various pieces try loosening some of the screws that the manufacturer installed. We found that this helped us assemble the bench and then we went back and tightened all of the screws. The delivery of this bench was very quick.
