5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent Umbrella/Customer Service Difficult Milt from Beloit, KS 10-7-2020 Ordered the Umbrella as well as the 155lb Black Granite base for the 2" pole. Received both after several weeks of uncertainty. Customer service available by Chat box only. No phone service, chat individuals were polite, but resolution after the chat frustrating. Took MUCH longer to receive product than estimated. Didn't receive a piece of the Granite base and just called Bambrella directly. They were exceptional, piece sent out that day. Avoided PatioLiving being involved due to frustration. Umbrella and base are extremely durable and very well made. I would definitely order another of Bambrella's products without hesitation.
