The custom upholstery for the club chairs are not great on the back cushions. The inserts look inexpensive and they do not fill the covers as full and tight as the seat cushions. I reached out but was told it just the way it is. Delivery coordination wasn't easy the sub contractors for delivery rescheduled 3 times. Overall I am satisfied, the costumer service team is very good responding but for the back cushion issue I was told it is just what it is. Not a defect.
