My compliant is that every screw, nut and bolt is very visible and takes away from the look of the chair. These are expensive chairs and I expected that the the hardware mechanics would be high quality. In comparison, I have two counter height balcony chairs of the same brand and model; cannot see the hardware on those and they look like high quality chairs. Not sure why the dining chairs are not the same in that manner.
