Delivery was very quick (1 week) However, the "chat height" (24.5") table would not take a standard propane tank in the table. There was about 1-2" lack of clearance to fit the tank under the table. Fortunately there is a tilt shelf under the table which we could remove easily, and once removed, the propane tank would fit inside the table. Minor annoyance, and what lost the star from 5 stars to 4...
