  • 3.0 out of 5.0     Product received different from what was pictured. Julie K. from  WI 6-12-2020 I bought this Arbor to replace one that I have had for about 10 years. I chose this one because it was identical to the one I had, or so I thought. When I received it, the side pieces were different than pictured. Instead of being all one piece, they are 2 pieces that had to be screwed together. Also the welded pieces that hold the gate on were bent in such a way that they don't fit quite right. I did speak to customer service and they told me to try to bend the pieces and if the weld broke, they would send me replacement parts. As it turned out, we were unable to bend the pieces, so hopefully the gate will stay on and it won't rust a lot because it doesn't fit properly. I decided to just keep it and see how it goes, so hopefully if we have problems down the road, the warranty will be properly covered. I must say, I was really disappointed that the product I was shipped was not the same as the picture. I did mention this to the same customer service person I was dealing with and they did not offer any answers to that issue. I do love the look of this arbor.

However, it came with the worse instructions of any product I've ever purchased. I guess only time will tell but this thing doesn't look like wrought iron. It seems more like painted steel.
  • 3.0 out of 5.0     Size was good Lynda Davis from  New Albany, MS 5-28-2020 I received the order fairly quickly. I thought it would be a little more sturdy and heavier than it was. I wanted to put it on the grass and not on concrete so my husband fashioned something out of treated wood for it to sit on. I was afraid the bottom would rust quickly if it was directly on the grass. It has been installed for about three weeks and I have noticed a little rust colored powder on some of the cross pieces, especially on the gate. We use the gate daily as we use it as a walk though gate into a fenced in area. I gave it 3 stars because I don't know if the rust will continue and because it was not as heavy and sturdy as I had hoped.

Easy to assemble, strong, sturdy and beautiful. Would have given 5 stars except for communication and shipping issues.
