I have only had them for 1 month and one of the chairs has a swivel issue. Notified Patio Living and their customer service was awesome. The process has begun to fix the issue and I feel very comfortable that it will be resolved in a timely manner. I would have given a 6 if I had no issues as all my neighbors who have sat in the chair say it is so comfortable, with the biggest plus being you do not sit down and feel like you are sunk into it. Over all finish is awesome and assembly is fairly simple. If given the chance to respond after the issue is resolved I will re rate my review. I already have my outdoor table and 6 chairs picked out. Just waiting for the holidays to get closer.
