    These products are very nice looking and comfortable. James from  Berkeley springs, WV 3-18-2021 We had the following difficulties assembling the lounge chairs: 1. One chair did not come with the correct hardware. When we contacted you about the problem, new hardware was promptly sent. 2. One chair only allowed for one set of washers (instead of 2) to be used for the bolt to catch. 3. The assembly instructions have a misprint. In step 3, when attaching the back to the seat, it says to use Bolt (2) but in the picture it shows using Bolt (3). Bolt (2) is too long. Bolt (3) is correct. 4. On one of the back arm rests, the holes for the dowels were not drilled through both the arm frame and the seat. We had to drill a deeper hole.
