It was mustard yellow, despite clearly being labeled bronze and showing dark brown (as is the case with many other sunbrella purchases). Yet when I called to discuss a return the person literally laughed and said good luck with that as we don’t consider inaccurate descriptions reasonable reason for return. From there my option was keep the thing or pay an extortion fee based on a percentage of the purchase (mind you not a handling fee or even the shipping cost but a percentage of the item). As I told the rep, I paid it but hey lost a customer for life.
