One of the pre drilled holes on the leg cross bars ( where the foot rest is) was drilled on the wrong side. My husband re drilled the holes for the screws and it seems fine. There are now 2 random holes, but I don't think anyone will ever notice (accept us) and it does not seem to bother with the actual structure of the chair. We love that they swivel!
