Time-out is designed by Strand+Hvass, who also designed our successful side tables On-the-Move. The concept behind Time-out was to create a series of coffee tables / small tables that offered a contemporary design, but at the same time could fit in many places and together with many types of furniture. Time-out comes in two sizes and colours: White, Lava grey and taupe. The designers worked a lot with making the coffee tables as optimized for transport around the world. By choosing thick water laser cut aluminum, they succeeded making a stable design that can be delivered in a flat-pack. This idea is truly in line with Cane-lines wishes to create as environmental sound solutions as possible. Time-out can both be used in pairs or as a stand alone table. If Time-out is used outdoor all year around, it is important that rain water is removed now and then, as it can cause marks in the long run.
