I do not think I will ever buy anything again that is delivered by freight. I was given a 10 minute notice of the delivery, by phone and that was it. I just happened to be home. I had no previous notice of which day it was to be delivered. I was suppose to have been called and told what day they would deliver, but they did not do that.

The service at Patioliving was exceptional and the delivery driver placed our order in our garage for us. When we finished sealing out patio and took the furniture out of the boxes, they were in perfect condition, not one mark on any piece. We love the entire set and would recommend this company to everyone. Our experience was wonderful!

It stands up very well for many years and continues to look good. We wouldn't buy any other brand. Our only complaint with Luxe Decor is that you won't let us have white glove delivery. We are in our late 70's and cannot carry these items from the curb. We almost cancelled the order over this issue. Luckily, the driver was agreeable to help carry the furniture to our patio.
