The only reason we have had to replace them is one was damaged in a bad strong downburst while on the beach and one flew away in a strong wind storm on the beach and someone else found it and took it. We will continue to use this product.

It’s the last umbrella you’ll ever have to buy. It’s sturdy and when I place it in the sand at the beach I don’t have to worry about it blowing away.

Gregory from Cumming, GA 9-3-2021 I wanted another one but now the material is unavailable, a customer service rep is trying to find out if the manufacturer can get the cloth material. I paid @$250.00 for marine grade cloth. The only cloth option you currently have costs@$500.00, that's ridiculous!

David from Newark, DE 8-4-2015 We bought this umbrella 7 years ago, and they only thing that has gone wrong is some sticking where the two poles connect. WD40 will fix that. This umbrella is well made and has never had an issue even on windy days when others are folding inside out and breaking.
