The chair was delivered one day earlier than projected and the delivery company called the day before to arrange a time and day to deliver it. On arrival, the box was in visibly poor shape but the driver assured us that this was the condition in which he received it. He further assured us that if the chair was damaged he would be back to pick it up and return it. Well, the chair was not even scratched. It was super easy to assemble the chair to the stand ... Two brackets and four bolts with washers and nuts. It took two monkey wrenches to tighten the nuts but my wife and I did the whole operation in less than 15 minutes. The chair is very nice and functions very well as a swivel rocker. The back cushion is quite soft and due to the depth of the chair offers little support for the back. Additional cushions to bolster it are helpful. We will order another, firmer set of cushions for next season. I highly recommend the Darlee Outdoor Living Nassau Cast Aluminum Antique Bronze Swivel Rocker Club Arm Chair.
