But, for something that's being mass produced and sold in some volume, could someone not take an extra hour or so to put together some remotely decent assembly instructions? The illustrations are tiny and there are explanations, details, and steps missing altogether from the instructions. I'm a very handy person and was able to put it together only by setting the instructions aside and just figuring it out; they were that misleading.

The upper part cracked while I was putting the pieces together. I notified customer service as instructed to file a claim. I indicated what part needed to be replaced. The part arrived shortly after claim and photos. I was able to complete the chaise easily. I am so happy with these chaise lounges. So happy that customer service was excellent. I would definitely purchase items again in the future.
